We spent a couple of years, studying the habits of "ultra-rich" people and found that:

We soon realised that if property investing worked for the "mega-rich", we had to find a way to make it work for ordinary people (like you & me!)

We immediately started attending property investment "seminars"  and reading all the property related books, we could get.

We spent a lot of money in the process!

We eventually discovered (at considerable expense!) that every property investment "expert" in South Africa was teaching the same (basic) formula:

• Use the bank's money to buy your investment property (this works only If you have a perfect credit record!)
• Put a tenant in your property.
• Wait for (at least!) 15 to 20 years before you make any profit.
• Get poorer every month, while you pay huge bond shortfalls & wait for capital growth (which may never materialise!)

This is essentially an "Invest for Capital Gains" formula - This formula is doomed!

Thousands of property investors all over the world recently saw their fortunes being "wiped-out" by the property market crash because they followed this doomed investing strategy!

It didn't take is long to conclude that the majority of ordinary, hard-working, South African's would never achieve property wealth this "traditional" way (at least not in their lifetimes!)

Despite the above, we always believed that every South African should invest in property, because (if done correctly!) property investing is the only, form of investment which has consistently provided:

• A steady cash flow!

• Total control (instead of other "investments" where so-called "experts" control your money & financial destiny!)

• A proven & reliable "hedge" against inflation!

• Capital growth!

• A real & tangible asset (as opposed to "paper assets" like stock market shares or equities!)

We decided to make it our mission to find:

From 2005 to 2007, we studied various property investment techniques, strategies & systems (first in South Africa and later in the United States of America!)

We soon discovered that:

• Because they are motivated primarily by greed, banks and (most) estate agent don't want anyone to know that there are "creative" ways to make money in property!

• These greedy "key players" don't want us to know about the existence of any  "creative" & "new" property investing techniques, because they realise that they won't make any money from these investing strategies!

It eventually became our "obsession" to do everything in our power to ensure that:

• Property riches were no longer the domain of the rich & greedy!

• Ordinary people could invest & make money with property without further enriching the "ultra rich" (and their agents, e.g. the banks!)
