About Us
We are a group of professional property investors, based in Hillcrest, Kwa Zulu Natal, in the Republic
of South Africa.
Our company director, Stephen Strydom, is a
graduate with BA (Law) & Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degrees. He
practiced as an ("independent") advocate (and company legal advisor)
from 1991 to 2006, in Johannesburg and Durban, respectively. In 2005,
he attended Coert Coetsee's (Treoc) Seminar in Durban & joined the
Treoc, Property Investors Club. Stephen was a (part-time),”
traditional” property investor until he decided to take up permanent
residence in California, USA in late 2006. Between 2006 & February
2008, Stephen frequently commuted between the USA & SA. In October
2007, Stephen underwent specialists training in “Lease Option” property
investing under renowned property investor, Peter Conti (Mentor
Financial Group, USA). In December 2007 Stephen did Donald Trump's
(Trump University) “Foreclosure Boot Camp Training” Course in Los
Angeles, California & also became a member of Trump University.
Stephen joined the Orange County Real Estate Investors Club (based in
Anaheim, Southern California) in 2007. In December 2007, Stephen did
his first residential property deal in Brea, Southern California (a
Foreclosed, 3 bedroom house, which was bought directly from the bank
using a so-called "short-sale" investment strategy) This property was
eventually “wholesaled” to another investor for a $15000 “assignment”
fee. He also did a number of purchase option deals during this time.
Stephen returned to South Africa in February 2008 & started
Wealth4Africa Property Investors CC [Property Ventures (South Africa)
is the “joint venture” division of Wealth4Africa Property Investors CC]
Shortly
after returning to South Africa, Stephen attended the Dr. Dolf De Roos
property investment seminar in Umhlanga Rocks, Kwa Zulu Natal.
Since
February 2008, Stephen has bought many properties using "creative”
buying techniques (or “no money down" property investment) and has also
established himself as the leading expert in "purchase option" property
investing. Stephen now specialises in teaching ordinary South African's how to achieve financial independence through residential property investing (using both "conventional" investing methods as well as "no money down" property buying strategies)
